Role description
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead commercial conversations with fintechs, platforms, and digital businesses that need payment infrastructure built for scale, control, and long-term reliability. You will identify opportunities, develop relationships, and help turn business needs into serious infrastructure partnerships.
This role is for someone who can sell with clarity, understand technical and operational value, and build trust with clients who expect more than a surface-level pitch. You will work closely with internal teams to align commercial growth with product capability, market fit, and operational reality.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across fintech, platforms, and digital businesses
Lead commercial conversations with prospective clients and partners
Understand client payment needs and position PSP.PRO’s infrastructure accordingly
Build long-term relationships, not just short sales cycles
Work with internal product, compliance, and operations teams to support onboarding and commercial fit
Help improve how PSP.PRO presents value across markets and client segments
Requirements
Experience in business development, partnerships, sales, or commercial growth within payments, fintech, SaaS, or infrastructure-led businesses
Ability to understand and communicate technical, operational, and commercial value
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence working with B2B clients in serious commercial environments
Ability to manage pipeline, prioritise opportunities, and move deals forward with structure
A thoughtful, credible, and commercially sharp approach
