Compliance Officer — EMI / Acquiring

Support onboarding, controls, and regulatory operations across a payment environment where compliance is part of the product.

Role description

As a Compliance Officer, you will help support the regulatory and operational framework behind PSP.PRO’s services. Your work will include onboarding checks, internal controls, policy support, documentation, and day-to-day compliance processes across an acquiring and payments environment.

This role is for someone who understands that compliance is not just oversight. In a serious payment business, it is part of how trust, stability, and scalability are built. You will work closely with operational, product, and commercial teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met without losing clarity or pace.

Responsibilities

  • Support customer onboarding, due diligence, and compliance review processes

  • Maintain and improve internal controls, compliance documentation, and policy workflows

  • Assist with regulatory operations across EMI / acquiring-related activities

  • Work with internal teams on compliance-related decision-making and process design

  • Help identify, escalate, and manage compliance risks

  • Support audit readiness, reporting preparation, and internal compliance hygiene

Requirements

  • Experience in compliance, legal operations, onboarding, or regulatory support within payments, fintech, EMI, acquiring, or financial services

  • Understanding of AML, KYC/KYB, onboarding controls, and regulated operating environments

  • Strong attention to detail and structured working style

  • Ability to balance regulatory discipline with operational practicality

  • Clear written and verbal communication

  • Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving business environment
